CLASS INTRODUCTIONS
After a stressful day relax and reinvigorate yourself by participating in the One Wellness class schedule. One wellness will provide a number of different classes with experienced qualified instructors for the members.

AEROBOXING
A vigorous boxing style workout with high impact movements.

AREODANCE
An aerobic class with integrated with energetic dance movements set to music with a rhythm for a complete energetic class.

BALL BLAST
A workout concentrating on toning hips and thighs, with the use of stability balls.

BALANCE AND STRETCH
A Class focusing on stretching your muscles and improving ones body balance.

BODYBALANCE
A combination class of Pilates, tai chi and yoga, this fusion of styles creates a unique class that increases flexibility, body postures and creates an inner peace.

BODYCOMBAT
An invigorating punchy aerobic workout using a fusion of martial arts styles such as Kickboxing, Tai Chi and Karate.

BODYPUMP
One of the most popular club lessons worldwide where the use of weight resistance gives you a pump you will never forget.

CORE TRAINING
A lesson with the primary focus on the body core and abdomen areas.

HI-LO AEROBICS
A standard aerobic lesson combining hi and low impact movements.

KICKBOX AERO
A high intensity class that includes Muay Thai fighting movements.

KUNG FU
Over 1500 years ago in the province of Hunan central China , Shao-lin monks wanted to live in isolation, pursuing the peaceful teachings of Buddha. In order to protect their freedom in a land filled with violence, they developed a powerful system of self-preservation. This system was based on the avoidance of conflict and the cultivation of mind, body, and spirit.

LATINO JAM
A class that fuses Latin dances moves taken from such dances as the Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, and Samba.

LATINO NUEVO
A class that incorporates movements from salsa style dancing.

PILATES
Developed by Joseph Pilates, this method combines elements of yoga, breath work, weight training, and gymnastics to bring the body into proper alignment. Joseph believed that many people have imbalanced bodies because they overdevelop the stronger muscle groups, which leads to poor posture and spinal misalignment. His goal was to create and maintain a structurally fit body.

YOGA
This ancient art dates back thousands of years, India being the epicenter for yoga masters (also known as Yogis) and practices. Intertwined with Buddhist beliefs Yoga participants gain a strong spiritual mind - body connection, this enhances their lifestyle.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha is a very general term that can encompass many of the physical types of yoga. If a class is described as Hatha style, it is probably going to be slow-paced and gentle and provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.

FLOW YOGA
In Flow Yoga, each class you will experience a ‘flow' through various body movements, linking movement to breathing. You will experience a variety of postures, from standing, sitting, forward/backward bends, inversions, and twists.

TAI CHI
The Chinese art of Tai Chi combines flowing movements with a strong emphasis on mental focus that will improve your overall physical condition, improve balance and body harmony.

*Note: Not all classes will be included in every monthly schedule.

SIZE MATTERS
Smaller class sizes help to ensure more personal attention from instructors.

CLASS TIPS
Drink plenty of water before coming to class and keep hydrated.

Do not eat 90 mins before class participation.

Pace yourself, listen to your body, do not overextend yourself.

Wear suitable clothing, shorts, vests and tank tops are ideal.

Stop classes if you start to feel dizzy.

Please put yoga mats and equipments used in the classes back after use.

Please do not bring mobile telephones into the classes.

Please show respect to other class participants and teachers to help create a harmonious environment for all.
